What data do we collect?
We collect only your email address when you sign up for the KumoTime waitlist.
Why do we collect it?
To notify you when KumoTime launches and to send occasional updates about the project. We will never sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where is it stored?
Your email is stored securely in our database hosted by Supabase, a managed PostgreSQL provider. Access is restricted to the core KumoTime team and used only to send waitlist and product updates.
How can I delete my data?
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email we send.
Alternatively, you can email us at privacy@kumotime.com to request immediate deletion of your data. We'll delete your data within 7 days.
Do you use cookies or tracking?
No. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or track individuals. It provides us with anonymous aggregate statistics about page views, without identifying you.
Your rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
- Access your data (request a copy of what we have)
- Delete your data (request full deletion)
- Object to processing (opt-out of emails)
- Data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format)

Data retention
Your email address is stored until:
- You unsubscribe from our mailing list, or
- You request deletion, or
- The KumoTime project is discontinued (in which case we'll notify you and delete all data)
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the policy was last modified.
